Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy incase of change of mind and any rare manufacture faults.

- Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns for all products except Mimosa Corner Lamps. Terms below.

Orders must be strictly unopened and unused/ tested when wishing to return due to change of mind. All items returned must have the original packaging, manuals, and remote and be in the same condition. All customers will need to ensure the item is unopened and unused and also provide proof of purchase which is their order number. If these requirements cannot be met then unfortunately we can not accept the return. All items will be checked and if used, items will be returned at the customer's expense.

 

- Returns Due to Fault

Information regarding the fault will be required along with your order information. We may also ask for images or videos to evaluate the issue before returning. Due to general wear and tear and how the item is used depending on the issue, we may only accept faults brought to our attention within 60 days of being received.

If required, to start the return process you will need to contact us at support@lightsofthegalaxy.com. Please include your order number with your request. Once approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 

For refunds due to returning an item, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (estimated 1-3 business days.)

Cancellations
Cancellations of orders made at the customer's request either due to change of mind or in error and other reasons can be made only if orders have not begun to be processed or shipped. Customers do need to contact us as soon as possible if they do wish to cancel an order. If the order has not been processed then we maybe able to cancel orders and offer a full refund excluding a small payment processing fee of 3.5% of the total orders value.
